Electro-hydraulic Thruster
An electro-hydraulic thruster uses an electric motor to drive a centrifugal impeller that pressurizes hydraulic oil. This oil then generates thrust through a piston mechanism, with all moving parts being lubricated by the oil to reduce friction. Designed for tough industrial conditions, it operates on a 400/440V three-phase AC supply, making it suitable for a wide range of heavy-duty applications.
Electro-Hydraulic Thruster Brake
An electro-hydraulic thruster brake uses an electric motor-driven impeller to create hydraulic pressure, which moves a piston connected to the brake arm. When powered, the brake releases; when power is off, the brake engages smoothly through the brake shoes, which are designed for self-alignment and efficient cooling. The use of high-quality compression springs ensures reliable brake application. The brake is designed to work with a 400/440V three-phase AC power supply, making it suitable for industrial applications.
Lever Type Limit Switches
Lever-type limit switches use a lever and cam mechanism to control electrical contacts based on the movement of equipment. The cams rotate on a square shaft and actuate the lever to change the state of the contacts. With a contact rating of 40 amps at 500 volts AC, these switches are robust and suitable for controlling significant electrical loads in industrial applications.
Rotary Geared Limit Switches
Rotary geared limit switches are used to control machines by stopping the motor when the machine parts reach their end positions. These switches have rotating cams that activate contact elements to turn off the motor. The cams are attached to a shaft that turns at the same speed as the motor, and this shaft extends into the switch housing. The cams can be adjusted to set the exact points where the motor should stop. These limit switches are robust, adjustable, and versatile, designed to safely and precisely control machinery in tough industrial settings.
Weight-Operated Limit Switches
Weight-operated limit switches are crucial for controlling the movement of hoisting equipment. When the snatch block or similar component reaches its top position, it pushes a plate connected to a lever on the limit switch. This action causes the lever to rotate, which in turn rotates the cam shaft and cams inside the switch. The cams then open the electrical contacts, disconnecting the motor and halting the hoisting motion. This mechanism effectively prevents over-travel and ensures the safe and reliable operation of the equipment.
